1. What is The V1 Chair?

Answer:   The V1 Chair is designed as a home entertainment environment.  We created the machine to be extremely comfortable and surround the users senses with today's vast selection of music, movies, multimedia and games.  It is an effective machine in a working environment as well.  For people that work or play at their computers for many hours, the V1 chair is a welcomed solution.  You can sit in a V1 game chair for many hours without any discomfort.

2. How will my V1 computer chair be shipped to me?

Answer:   Because The V1 Chair is a heavy machine, we use USA standard and international freight shipping.

3. How much will it cost to ship my V1 chair?

Answer:  We use Fed Ex Freight to ship your V1 system.  The shipping costs are based on where you live, the weight of the skid, the current fuel surcharge, and a residential delivery charge.  Shipping V1 Chairs in the past have ranged in price from $270 to $670. We are based in New York.  Shipping to Florida will average $350.  Shipping to Texas will average $500.  Shipping to California will average $550. Our Flagship V1 system, including the V1Sc, fully packaged, will weigh 480 lbs.  The average weight of a V1 Chair fully packaged is 320 lbs.

4.What is the average time to construct my custom painted V1 computer chair?

Answer:   3 weeks

5. Will The V1 Chair be customized to my body?

Answer:   Yes. You must submit some simple body measurements to us.  We will then aid in your choice of a specific seat and alter some key geometrical features on the V1.

6. Can I choose a custom color of my choice to have my V1 chair painted in?

Answer:   Yes. Nex-sys is a small custom company.  We love exploring all the painting possibilities of the V1 Chair. Customize your chair to the max.  We will make it happen.

7.  How do I pay for my new V1 Chair?

Answer:  We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover Credit Cards.  We also acccept Check and money orders.  Lastly, We accept PayPal.  Be prepared to make a deposit for 1/3 of the total system price.  This is a custom made to order desk.  We must take a deposit before we will build you a V1 Chair system.

8.  Is the V1 Chair easy to assemble?

Answer:  The V1 Chair assembles with standard nuts, bolts and screws.  A full set of instructions is included in your V1 Chair package.  It will take about 4 hours to unwrap and assemble your new V1.  You will want to have two people to make the assembly easier.  You will need two 9/16 inch box wrenches, several screw drivers and a cordless screw gun.  You may need to purchase USB extension wires to wire a non cordless Mouse and a non cordless keyboard.
